Wealth and pleasure, fame and glory
I have found it all falls away (Matt. 6:19)
There is something more in Christ, something that I didn't see
A reason for His suffering, a cause for Him to bleed
What prompted Him to die? How can He know all my pain?
He scorned this world of lies, my weary soul to gain
Leave the world behind (Seek the kingdom of God) (Matt. 6:33)
And follow in His light
Bend your will to Him (Open up your heart)
Your crimson turn to white (Isaiah 1:18)
In His love your faults are forgiven (You are forgiven) (John 15:13)
But do you feel love through your core? (1 John 4:21)
