Kristin Swinford was born on December 15, 1977 into a very musical home in Jackson Missouri to Ken and Lisa Swinford. She was an only child, but busied herself with her music-and her stuffed animals, which she played with as if they were real people. She has said the place she has felt most comfortable was at her piano.
