Billy Hale, President and CEO, was born of God in 1958. Six months later he was called into Christian leadership. He entered the pastorate in 1965 where he faithfully served for thirty years. During this time he also started three Christian schools, converted three radio stations from secular to Christian, originated and managed nine Gospel singing groups, and owned and operated his own award winning radio station, WPUV, for six years.
