Jumbo Aniebiet - songwriter, composer, and producer who currently resides in Laurel, Maryland. Born in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, he started music very early in his life. Music would only be a natural inclination for Jumbo. His father, Elijah jumbo, was a great music writer. He taught me how to play the harmonica at age 6. Yet Jumbo didn't take music any seriously and like every kid in his neighborhood, he wanted to attend a university and become an engineer, doctor or a lawyer. It was when he lost my mother that I turned to music. "Music became the succor that I needed", he would say. Music gave Jumbo me an avenue deal with his loss. "This is why music is such an intricate part of my life" he would add.
