Pain Rage Hate
We become our own worst enemies.

In a realm unseen by mortal eyes a war is being waged,
mankind driven insane
Evil forces whisper lies, manipulate,
Doubt Dread Confusion
We fall victim to our own ruin.

Without warning, skin begins crawling,
chaos consuming, the face in the mirror deforming,
(scream)
Seized by distress, revulsion,
bound and taken captive into desolation,
panicked impulse constricts these chains,
beneath the weight of our burden, we suffocate.

My soul screams for escape!!!

Offense shame and fear
these curses of man common,
to all, descending, into the depths of destitution.

Familiar hauntings manifest
at the crucial moment,
we deny, the truth inside,
that puts these snarling beasts to death.
