More and more I feel like a stranger.
There's so much I don't understand.
Why a world so lost would not want a Savior and not want to take His hand.
It's not for me to question, so I leave it to One who knows.
For my heart is no longer of this world, it left here a long time ago.

I can't seem to get acquainted with this style of living today.
For my mind just keeps on wondering up to where my treasures are laid.
I can almost see the beauty, and at times I can hear the songs!
I can stay in touch with heaven, for my heart is already home.

And my heart belongs to heaven.
I've entrusted it all with the Lord.
Though my feet carry me anywhere I need to go, my heart is already home.
