There are generally two fees:
1. Setup Fee - covers some of our development costs
2. Monthly Fee - covers support, updates and monthly costs

Bug Fixes - are always free to you
Minor Updates - are usually free to you
Major Updates - may require an extra cost
Feature Requests - may require an extra cost
